If you have any medical condition, especially respiratory issues (e.g. tracheostomy, asthma, COPD), heart conditions, epilepsy, mental health concerns, or hearing sensitivities—please consult your healthcare provider before attending and contact Will from Metis Wellbeing to discuss any necessary adaptations. Breathwork can affect the nervous system and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please note that pilates is not suitable for pre-natal customers.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation in classes, workshops or activities.

4. Treatments

Treatments are provided by independent practitioners.

Attendees are responsible for ensuring that any treatment booked is suitable for their individual circumstances.

Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications or pregnancy prior to treatment.

The organiser is not responsible for the advice, treatment or services provided by independent practitioners.

5. Pick Your Own Flowers

Attendees participating in Pick Your Own flower sessions do so at their own risk.

Any cutting tools provided must be used responsibly and returned at the end of the session.
